4211 Newton Developer Files Zoning Application

M&A Development has officially filed its zoning application for a 21-story tower at 4211 Newton, initiating the city’s formal review process. This is the step we’ve been preparing for, and it means our window to respond is now open.

Today, we’re launching a 3-part video series to ensure every neighbor understands what’s happening, why it matters, and how you can make your voice heard during the application process. They'll break down:

  • What MF-2 and PD 193 allow
  • What M&A is proposing
  • Why it's important to protect MF-2 & SOHIP
  • Not all high-rises are built on equal zoning
  • How the city’s 3-step zoning process works
  • HOW YOU & YOUR VOICE MATTER!

  • 21 stories tall: 240 feet (433% increase) over 45' currently allowed
  • 200 units, 299,000 sq ft of residential living
