The proposed 28-story high-rise doesn’t align with the current zoning regulations or the scale of our community. It poses a threat to neighborhood safety and infrastructure.

4211 Newton Project Facts:

• 28 stories tall: 325 feet (900% increase) over 36' currently allowed
• 275 units, 404,000 sq ft of residential living
• 365-car parking garage, adding ~1500 trips per day to side streets
• Will be the tallest building in a 1-mile+ radius
• Residential-Only Property, no retail included

This mockup represents the 28-story building scale of the 4211 Newton project in comparison to low-rise residential homes as allowed by current zoning restrictions, and like those in SOHIP. The developer not released full-scale rendering of the project yet.
