What is the 4211 Newton project?

A 21-story, 240-foot tower proposed by M&A Development with 200 units and a 266-car garage in the MF-2 zoned SOHIP neighborhood.

MF-2 zoning under PD-193 limits buildings to 45 feet and is intended for walk-up apartments, townhomes, and small condos.

The revised proposed 16-story high-rise doesn’t align with the current zoning regulations or the scale of our community. It poses a threat to neighborhood safety and infrastructure.
