4211 Newton Developers Town Hall

The development team behind the proposed 21-story residential tower at 4211 Newton Ave will present revised plans to SOHIP residents.

After receiving SOHIP's formal response and meeting with the Oak Lawn Committee's Case Committee, the developer says they've made "significant updates." This meeting is our first opportunity to see what that means.
