The development team behind the proposed tower at 4211 Newton Avenue presented revised plans to SOHIP residents.
After receiving SOHIP's formal response and meeting with the Oak Lawn Committee's Case Committee, the developer said they had made significant updates. This meeting was our first opportunity to see what that meant.
