Sidewalks, corners, medians and leftover parcels

Phase 1 is the Gilbert and Avondale Triangles โ€” low-maintenance plantings, simple seating, and modest design elements that say you are in SOHIP.

Be the neighbor your block already asks

Block captains pass along what matters, help new neighbors find their footing, and tell the board what they are hearing. Roster in progress ยท confirm before launch.

Membership

Owners and renters both get a seat and a vote

Dues fund the block parties, the plantings, and the volunteer hours. The email list is free and always will be.
